Age Discrimination
My Father was laid off after 14 years with his Co. without any benefit such as severance pay and the Manager just call him in the office and told him he was let go because lack of work but now I know they're looking someone for his position.
Do you think my father has a case?

It is not that simple.Does he think it was age related? Are they looking for someone younger? Did he have a written contract, or was he a union memeber?
