Company closing

I closed my corporaton because of lack of funds to operate the business. Neither my employees nor I received the last two weeks salary. Can I be sued personally for this money? Corp veil notpierced

Yes, in fact you can be prosecuted by the labor department. Failure to pay employee's is a crime. Speak to your accountant immediately.
