Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
I fell at work and I said at that time I was ok. They nor I wrote up a accident report. A week later I got water on the knee, and have been having problems with it since then. I am scared to tell my employer because It may become a problem.

If you have a disability you employer cannot discriminate against you by diischarging you or by treating you different from other employees.
It does not matter whether you reported the accident.
