Smart Boss

Let's say you work for a company that make the toyota camry for TOYOTA INC, using your talent and ability you give than the idea how to make the car better and with the cost about 10% less.

Do you have any right in that money the company save?

Thank you very much.

Re: Smart Boss

If you are an employee for the company, and absent a contract specifying bonus provisions, the answer is that there is no entitlement. But it might make you a more valuable employee which may enhance your bargaining position with respect to increased salary or your marketability to work for other companies.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
