Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

can i be suspened without pay from my job because I was accussed of falsafying a document. They do not know if it was me or what document. They said they need to look into it.

The first question is do you have an employment contract with empoyer. If not, you are likely considered an employee at will. An employer can fire an at-will employee for any non-discriminatory reason [not based on race, gender, sexuality, etc...] So yes not only can they suspend you, they can fire you based on suspicion of falsifying documents.
