claim

my daughter was injured in my aparment that she has a legal document for. she had to go to the emergency room and go for surgery. she now needs to go for therapy. she put her hand through the french doors and the glass is that thin glass. she was trying to close it. she have no insurance. what are my rights?

It's a tough claim you would have to prove that the landlord acted negligently. Much depends on your daughter's age. I've handled similar cases. If you like you can give us a call.
