i was living in a rented apt where the landlord has discriminated me.the last thing he did he came to pick up the rent and i was 2days late,he came banging on my door demanding his rent early in the morning on a sunday.i told him to let me fully wake up and i go downstair to talk to him of my lateness,this man fuels blow he started yelling at me and demanding that if i didnt have his rent to pack up and move out i came out and said that i knew the law and he told his wife go and talk to that it.at that moment i said now i aint paying you no rent.you been discriminating me since i moved here.now i moved out and he followed the u-haul truck,he came and spoke to my landlord that i moved out because i didnt want to pay his rent.my landlord came and told us what was going on.please what can i do this man keeps harrasing me.

You stated several times that the landlord discriminated against you without saying what he did. In any event, you MAY have a claim against him for, among other things, disclosing information about you to your current landlord.

In any event, you should seek a free consultation with a local attorney who regularly practices in landlord/tenant disputes & privacy issues. He or she will want detailed information about what you consider to be discrimination and harrassment and what the former landlord said to your current landlord.
