Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New York

Tenant's right to change locks on rental house

My lease has a provision that states the landlord can enter the premises for an emergancy or by notifying tenant in advance to inspect the premises. Can I legally change the locks on the house until I move and than change them back? They are in process of selling the house and she feels it is alright for people to come in anytime. This is the reason for the change.
