My lease ends june 1st and I have not been able to find housing for my family. Can my landloard evict me if I offer to pay rent monthly?

Yes, he may refuse to accept the rent and can evict you. However, if he accepts the June rent, you are automatically a month to month tenant and you may not be evicted without 30 days notice.
