Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New York
My mother recently passed away after being in the hospital for 2 weeks. She was released after contracting C-Diff 3 days prior to her release. Found out that she was never given any antibiotics before she left for this. Could this be negligence?

I am very sorry for your loss. If there is a standard deviation from care then there is possibly a medical malpractice case. You need to obtain the hospital records. In order to do that you need to be appointed as the executor or adminstrator of your mothers estate.
