Domestic abuse on base

The military husband beat up his wife. She left him to go back to her family in another state. attempted to get her in trouble by saying that she hit him. he's claiming there are carges against her. If so, what should she do?

This sounds very fishy. There are many domestic abuse shelter with free legal counseling. When you are charged with a crime, you are served with formal notice of the charges. In this case it would be assault related.

If she really has concern she could go to legal aid and obtain assistance in this manner.
