upgrade discharge

I recieved a bad conduct discharge when i was 18 yrs old,drug related i took two urine anaylsis and was clean,they told me iwill be found guilty because of several fellow airmen who i socialized with used drugs. i was scared and young with poor representation and plead quilty for exchange of a lite sentence, after 19 yrs of working as a juvenile counselor with troubled youth i got a clearer look how the system is very unfair and how my naive state at that age did not help. can i upgrade my bad conduct discharge i recieved a 8 month sentence back in 1987.
