doctors fees

if a personal injury case was schelduled to go to trial, but is settled out of court weeks before MD's were to testify should they be paid the full charge of $10,000..in advance no less !!

Probably not. Look to the retainer agreement they signed. It probably has the information you need to determine if the fee is fair on it.
