Re: Fall at airport

You may be entitled to compensation not only for medical bills, but for pain and suffering and, if applicable, lost earnings. It depends on the circumstances of the fall. You should also note that time limitations regarding notices of claim may be applicable, so you should act promptly to protect your claim. This office handles personal injury matters and I would be happy to speak to you further to answer any other questions you may have.

You may be entitled to benefits, such as coverage for your medical bills, lost earnings, pain and suffering, as well as other claims on your and your spouse's behalf. Further information is needed to ascertain the circumstances of your fall, such as: was the floor slippery, was there an obstruction, warning signs, etc. I have successfuly handled many of these types of cases, so feel free to call my office to discuss.

Re: Fall at airport

I can only speak for New York law but there answer here is maybe. It depends on what caused the accident. In NY, the airports are controlled by the Port Authority and there Notice of Claim filing requirments that you need to comply with. There may also be a private entity that was responsible. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible. My firm has several cases currently pending based upon accidents at New York's two airports. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss.
