Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

no fault ime denial

I have 5 doctors who say i`m disable at this time .chrio,ortho,nero.spine specalist,pain management.3 mri show cervical disc herination,with one pushing on spinal cord pinching nerves 2 emgs show nerve damage in both wrist from holding steering wheel .had carpal tunnel release done on left,waiting to do right.also have had 3 esi ,its been 3 month so i`m going for another esi.pos neck surgery if i don`t get relieve.can 1ortho ime denial stop my benefits

Yes, they can deny further no-fault benefits, but you then have the right to request an arbitration of that denial to reverse that decision. The denial form that should have been provided by the no-fault carrier would have information on it regarding your rights to appeal the denial and seek arbitration.
