Legal Question in Personal Injury in New York

Hi, We have an on-going 7 yr problem with neighbor (3 police reports, numerous meetings with code enforcement). Loud diesel pickup, storage of tree trimming equipment and debris, and loud race car stored in rear detached garage.

We hear and are woken up 4:30am every morning from his truck. The race car is started and idled and revved up at all hours (7am, 10:30pm, Sun 5:30pm). Tree triming truck and equipment, along with debris back and forth all week.

The apporoximinty of the new detached garage makes it unbearable. Can I sue.
