Re: slip and fall

Feel free to contact me. We might take the case depending on the facts and the size of the building. What county do you live in and what county is the rental property in?

Re: slip and fall

The reality is, it sounds like a pretty logical liability case and the damages sound realistic as well. That being said, you should be able to attach a judgment against someone to recoup your damages. Without knowing more information, though, I cannot give a complete valuation. Give me a call if you have any questions, but keep in mind the statute of limitations. These are the tpes of cases I handle often.

Re: slip and fall

First of all, there's no way to tell if the landlord has insurance or not without filing suit.

Second, you didn't state what caused you to fall. Just because you fell doesn't entitle you to recover damages if the accident was your own fault.

Finally, if as you've stated, no lawyer wants to help you with the case, then perhaps you're just not getting the answers you want to hear.

Good luck!
