Legal Question in Product Liability in New York

So I am careful as to what I eat. so I always look up ingredients I don't know about. So I recently got a box of cereal. Which is Trix with wildberry swirls in them. when looking on the side of ingredients one popped out to me which I never noticed before. which is called Trisodium Phosphate. which is a main ingredient in TSP Heavy Duty cleaner which is used before painting. which on the box TSP heavy duty cleaner has a warning label saying harmful if swallowed is there any way I could possibly sue the company for having that in my cereal that is very dangerous. mean it makes me not feel safe to open the box to eat it aymore. because I don't want to get ill from it.what are your thoughts??

Why do not you call the company's complaint dept. and discover why the ingredient is in the cereal and your concerns. Furthermore you may call and complain to the FDA and await your answer.
