Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I'm an attorney in CA. Since real estate is deeded property I'm looking for local Counsel in New York to settle debts for Clients regarding their property.
We send demand letters to negotiate with the management companies to try and get Clients out of their obligations. The demand letter is based in federal law. Per file fee is 33-50% collected from Client. We cover the mailing expense and Client management for you (phones, etc.). You got to be able to call the other party and propose a settlement.
This is great for an attorney just starting out and looking for work.
