my brother used my money help

my father sold his co-op and the money was movied into my brothers name ,that money was to be given to both of us to use after he died,when he died my brother told me he had to wait until he could make sure all the bills were paid from my dad and then i would get the money?long story short he used my money for himself?what can i do?

yout brother is a constructive trustee and you can file an action against him However you must establish entitlement to the money call me for a free consultation
