Neighbors tree fell on my house will not return emails for damage

You should contact your insurance company. Have the insurance repair the damage and subrogate against your neighbor.

If you hadn't complained about the tree to your neighbors in the past (that is was dangerous), your neighbors may not be responsible for any repairs. Basically, you're responsible for what fell on your property and they're responsible for what fell on their property. You may have to make the claim through your own homeowner's policy. So, please don't assume that you will be able collect from your neighbors.
