Re: home deeds

No limit on number of people on deed or ages. A minor is represented on a deed by their guardian.

Re: home deeds

Under RPL section 11, "A person other than a minor, a mentally retarded person, or person of unsound mind, seized of or entitled to an estate or interest in real property, may transfer such estate or interest."

Therefore the minimum age is 18 years. The is no minimum or maximum for the amount of people that can be on a deed.
