inground pool

i sold a home and closed on it in the winter the closeing lawyer held up $1,000 to see if pool was in working order come spring pool is up and running. buyer says its not working properly?? what does the damage have to be for it to be my problem?

This is a typical issue. You should contact buyer to make arrangements to get your pool guy to look at the pool. Payment to pool person to place pool in working order should come from the escrow.
