Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

property

My name--name removed-- and my sisters (Sharon)name are on the deed to my fathers property. It sez he has life use of it. He just went into a home and now my sister is pulling some malarky on me. I live on the property(2 years)and have all utilities in my name. She has never lived on the property. How do I protect my interests? Can he put another sisters(Anna) name on the deed without my signature? They needed my signature when we put Sharons name on it. Please hurry - I don't trust my sister at all am really scared. I have animals to protect.

Re: property

All current owners on the deed must execute it for a transfer. Since you are on the deed, your signature must be on it for a title transfer.

Good Luck
