Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I am renting a house from party A the hopuse is co-owned by party B..partyA does all the repairs and collects the rent monthly party B calls and says she is going to evict me if i don't send her the rent money, but if anything goes wrong shes tells me to call pary A who am I obligated to pay rent to?

Since party A and party B are partners, you may pay either. However, since there is a history of payment to party A, I would continue with payment to party A. MAKE SURE PAYMENT IS BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER! This way, if party B commences a non-payment petition, you would have proof of payment to the Court.
