my step father has lifetime lease of my mothers house. if he remaries will his new wife also have a lifetime lease

Not having seen or read the lease, my conclusion is the lease will terminate when the step-father dies, regardless of whether or not he remarries and it becomes the marital residence. To be accurate, the lease needs to be read to see what it states.
