Tenant did not pay as per court order

My tenant has failed pay rent and I have taken him to court. The court ordered him to pay his past due rent by a certain date. A couple weeks after that date he paid what was past due but has not paid since. What is my next course of action. 3 day eviction again? Or do I notify the court that he was late, has not paid since and try to get him back in court. He obviously doesn't plan to leave on his own.

You must start a new proceeding.
