Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

i own time sharing at a resort for the 1st week of september every year. I receive a bill ten months in advance for maintenance that must be paid immediately or i have to pay late fee's. this doesn't seem legal or fair ?

Have you looked at the property managment agreement that should govern how the management fees are handled? I am happy to help you on this but I will need more information on how the fees are normally collected.
