Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My soon to be ex wife and I own a home together.Neither one of us has lived in it for 8 months.The mortgage hasn't been paid in that period of time and she has filed bankruptcy on the property.She has a protective order against me that says I can't enter house.She wants to let someone move into the house.Can she do this without my permission?Can she profit off of it?
