Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

i am being accused of

ok here goes my brother is acusing me of ''exposing my self to his kids at the very least'' I did not do this but he is not comming right out and saying it ,second he is refering to me babysitting when i was 16 years old i do not recalect anything i done he is bringing this up now 31 years later what are the statutes of limiations.
