Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Inappropriate Comments-?sexual harassemnt

I work in a NYC hospital and my asst. head nurse has been throwing inappropriate comments on me w/c made me feel very uncomfortable. Such comments are, ''You never fail to amaze me.'' ''Hello sexy.'' and in many occassions had asked me if I want to join him in the locker room when I go on my break(I work nights and when we go on break, we normally would sleep). One time, I was in a room, already lying down and he opened the door and asked if he can join me. He is a flrt annd everybody knows this and has been tolerationg him. I have been avoiding him esp. on occasions where there will only be me and him in one room. I have asked him to stop several times but I was very embarrassed to confront him. So lately, I have stopped talking to him at all, only when really necessary concerning pt. care coz for me, this is the only way he would stop making this comments. Last night, he called the supervisor on me coz I made a complain about break coverage w/c is really a minor issue. I think it's a form of him retaliating on me. What should I do next? I am really worried that he'll find ways to get me out of work. PLS HELP!
