Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New York

Asking a maintenance man if he needed

When my stove stove was delivered I attempted to help the maintenance man open the box (but I didn't touch the box) before he started opening the box I specifically asked him ''Do you need anything like a scissors or knife to help you open the box?'' He said ''no but I need to get something from the office downstairs.'' After he made this statement, I immediately left the kitchen. It wasn't until I heard him draging the old stove out of the kitchen area that I went into the kitchen (because I knew that he was leaving). I said thank you have a good day and closed the door behind him.My question: Could the maintenance man based on my actions (1) attempting to help him open the box(but I didn't touch it) and (2) asking him if he needed a scissors or a knife to open the box and (3) leaving the room entirely to allow him to install my stove accuse my of sexually harassing him? Please respond ASAP. Thank you in advance.

Re: Asking a maintenance man if he needed

Nothing stops him from making the accusation but if that is all that happened there is absolutely no sexual harassment.
