Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

i had 3 sleepless nights and was driving and i fell asleep at the wheel and accidentally crashed into a parked car and was so disoriented and in shock and in fear of my father findnig out because the car is registered and insured under his name that i left the scene and left the car behind. what do i do? and what are the repercussions? pls advise

Try to retrive the car if possible and have it repaired. If only property damage was involved ,and it is corrected before the police find out ,you will be ok. I would also confess all to your father so he doesn't report the car stolen, in which case the police will be involved and there will be criminal responsibility.
