Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
I was cycling earlier today and went through a red like on a push bike. I do not live in NYC and was just cycling along. I do not have a social security number or ID number. they got my name and date of birth but I do not have a fixed address while in NYC. I have been issued a summoned to pay for the fine in 14 days. or I will be prosicuted
