Reggie, the driving with a suspended registration is a criminal charge (misdemeanor) and therefore quite serious. Similarly, the un-insured motorist charge involves serious consequences including a 1-year revocation of license. You should definitely consult (if not hire) an experienced NY traffic ticket lawyer.
