Does a 20 year old beneficiary of a trust have the right to the trust document and an accounting if the trust was drawn in New York?

Any beneficiary is entitled to get a copy of the trust document, The document may cover the question of an accounting. In the absence of anything to the contrary in the document a beneficiary may request an accounting also.
