Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My grandmother passed away in 2000 in Trinidad the will has still not yet been probated. The house and land along with the money collected by the court and her estate was willed to my sister and my self. I reside in the United States and my uncle have been living in the house since my grandmother died and he is fighting us what do I do can I switch lawyers if so can you recommend me to a good lawyer.
