Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My grandmother recently passed away. My mother ( her daughter)passed away ten years ago. I received in the mail a waiver to process: consent to probate. I did not receive a copy of the will. There are three remaining siblings. ( No spouse) My question is am I entitled to my mothers inheritance if she is still named in the will? If the will was changed after my moms passing to only include the three siblings, am I still entitled to anything?. What if there is no will?

If you are being asked to consent to probate, there is a will. You can obtain a copy at the court house to see how it reads.
