Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

My husband and brother have a multi-6 family home and have it in a DOMESTIC BUSINESS CORPORATION. Would I be the beneficiary to his half?

Should we have a will or trust? He owns the six family with his brother, together we own 2 homes, and I own 1 home. Not much in liquid.
