I jointly own a co-op with my mother. She has no will. If she dies does here half ownership transfer to me?

Only if titled as joint owners with right of survivorship.

Perhaps. It depends upon how property is titled and, if not JTROS, if there are other heirs besides you. More information is needed and possibly Deed review (no charge) as well.
