1. Who are the titled owners of the property?

2. Where is the property located (state, county)

3. How was the property acquired (sale, inheritance, combination)?

4. How many years have you paid the taxes?

5. Are the family members cooperative in your acquiring full title to the property?

I agree that more information is needed for a comkplete response. Presuming you paid the taxes, you are the new creditor and can sue for reimbursement You should be able to foreclose yourself. Settlement of your claim could include adding you to the Deed. This question should be asked again but include the missing information.
