who pays?

If Someone wishes to contest a will who has to pay the legal fees if any?

Re: who pays?

The contestor must be prepared to cover the fees and for the probability that such fees are not reimburseable, but if the contest is successful the contestor can move to have attorney fees reimbursed out of the proceeds of the estate.
