can the remainder of a trust fund be used as up front payment for assisted living?
mom is sole survivor. Does it need approval of co-trustees?

Not enough facts are presented, and I do not know who trust benefits, what the trust allows, etc. I need to see a copy of the trust agreement to ascertain if this can be done.
