Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

I've turned down the Executor appointment in mt aunts will,I have to fill out a Renunciation of estate SE-1C form, WHICH BOX DO I CHECK?

A] A distributee of above named Decedent and related as a---------?

or

B] A fiduciary or legatee named in the decedents will dated ----------- hereby personally appears herein and renounces all right to act as voluntary administratrator/rix of goods,chattels and credits of the decedent

* I am the nephew of the decedent and the the will is in New York City

And by renouncing the Executor appointment am I also removed from the will as a beneficary too?

You would check "B" as an Executor is considered a fiduciary of the estate. Why are you giving up commissions of approximately 3% of the estate?
