wavier of issuances and citations

If I sign the wavier of issuances and citations enclosed with a copy of my diseased Mother's will, does that mean i wavie my entitlement to rembursement of the 1200 dollars i paid towards her funeral costs from the estate? Thank you in advance.

By signing and delivering the Waiver, you signify that you accept the Will as genuine and valid, and relinquish all your rights to contest the validity of the Will. The signing of the Waiver does not prevent you from recovering costs you expended on behalf of the Estate.
