Maybe. States have different forms of notarized acknowledgements and some states do not recognize other state's forms when it comes time for probate in another state, notwithstanding that the proper form was used in the state where the acknowledgement was taken. I have had this problem several times. Be sure the proper acknowledgement form has been used.
