Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

I am going ro recieve a settlement check from workmens compensation soon want to know if crediters can take it from my bank

Usually yes. If you deposit money into an account they can attach that money. Even though it is from your account it is not necessarily protected money. You should speak to an attorney about your credit issues.
