why would nigeria sk me to pay the dept of my friend who died there and named me benificiary to his bank account in the uk and deny me the papers to proove his deathif I cant prosess the account i cant pay the dept/ help

Sorry, but this sure looks like a scam to me. You guessed right, why would the government deny you the papers and at the same time require you to pay your late friend's debt? I think its a scam.
