Legal Question in Immigration Law in North Carolina

hello,

I'm reading all the information to get a green card.

something is not clear to me.

I live in Italy but I have a daughter that lives in America (she is american, I had her with my second wife which is american).

I read that I could get a green card if she request it for me, she is going to be 21 in june. is it too late?

I don't understand if she has to be 21 to do that, or less than 21.

thanks

She can file a visa petition for you as soon as she turns 21. She'll need to prove you are her father to USCIS. Upon approval, the case will be transferred through the National Visa Center and to the consulate in Italy for your consular interview. Upon approval, you'll be able to enter the U.S. as a permanent resident. I suggest your daughter retain counsel that is competent in the family visa and consular processing procedure.
