If you had MS but were still able to work but not at your current job (too stressful, you can't travel any more, workload is not tollerable) would your employer have to find you a job at their company at the same rate of pay?

The employer is required to give a reasonable accommodation to help you stay in the position or find you the best position it can based on the need of the company and what is available. The key is what is reasonable...the job is not required to take extreme steps to keep you with the same pay. If the employer is not meeting your expectations, speak to an employment law attorney.
